Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Odoo Functional Consultant with a focus on Supply Chain, Sales and Accounting, located in Brussels. The primary responsibilities include gathering and analysing client requirements, facilitating workshops, configuring Odoo ERP modules, writing customisation specifications and providing guided training and support to end-users. The role involves collaborating with senior functional experts and technical teams to configure and customise the platform where appropriate, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the successful implementation of Odoo ERP with a larger scale. This position requires excellent interaction with clients and delivering insights that enhance their processes. 


Qualifications

  • Experience with (preferrably Odoo) ERP and proficiency in configuring its functional modules such as Procurement, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, and HR. Preferably in a multi-company, multi-branch, multi-site context.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to gather, document, and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
  • Proficiency in client-facing roles, with the ability to train, support, and effectively communicate with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Functional understanding of ERP systems and experience of collaborating with technical development teams for enhancements and customisation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and French or Dutch is highly desirable, along with familiarity with the nuances of business processes and legal requirements within the EU.
  • Self-motivation and an ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Previous experience in consulting or ERP project implementations is a strong plus.

  • Able to work in an onsite setting within the BeNeLux and France
  • 3+ years of working experience as a business analyst, ERP consultant, ERP support role or equivalent
